REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy for Hush Products

At Hush Ceramic Toys, we take pride in creating high-quality, handmade products. Due to the personal and intimate nature of our items, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges. Please read the policy carefully before making your purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility for Toys & Lubricants:

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, all sales of ceramic adult toys and Lubricants are final and non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or defective. (If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.)

  • Custom Orders: Custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is an issue with the craftsmanship.

Refund Eligibility for Candles:

  • Unused and Unopened Candles: You may return or exchange unused and unopened candles within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide photos clearly showing the damage or defect.

  • Items must not show signs of use.

Once approved, we will either replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund, including the cost of standard shipping.

3. Returns Process

  • Due to the nature of our products, items cannot be returned unless they meet the criteria for damage or defects as outlined above.

  • If a return is authorized, the item must be shipped back in its original packaging, securely wrapped to prevent further damage during transit.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible, especially for custom orders.

5. Refunds for Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. However, if an item is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Refund Timeline

  • Once a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
