4. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of these products, all sales are final, and returns or exchanges cannot be accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.

5. Custom Orders

Custom designs are available upon request. Full payment is required before production begins.
Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production has started.

Each Hush Ceramic Toy is handmade and inspected for quality. Slight variations in size, shape, and glaze are part of the artisanal process and should not be considered defects.
